When Lauren closed the door she ran to Nicki & hugged her. Nicki was confused but hugged her back. Lauren hugged Nicki for about 5 minutes then let go. When she let go she fell back into Safaree's chair. She noticed Nicki had been crying too. "What's wrong baby?" Lauren asked Nicki. Nicki looked at Lauren like she was crazy because she was crying too, And you can see Lauren's tears. "Nothing, I was thinking about somethings with The house & the cars." Nicki had lied, she was never a good liar. But, because Lauren was so upset she couldn't tell. "What's wrong with you Baby Boo?" Nicki asked. Lauren looked up. Nicki knew it wasn't good so she prepared herself for the news. "Well, I'm dating this doctor here. Candi asked me who was i getting cute for. I didn't tell her. Then, Mama told her i who i was dating & i ran out of the bathroom & came and found you." Lauren said as she cried. Nicki just listened. Nicki pulled Lauren in for a hug & Lauren cried even more. "Baby, it's okay. You know how Mama gets sometimes! You know she knows it all. Now, for Candi on the other hand you're gonna have to talk to her ya self. I'm Not Lauren, i can't do the things you do nor for you. You know Candi isn't the type of person you can just spill your guts to & she forgive you." Lauren knew everything Nicki said was true. Just as she was about to reply, The door swung open. Lauren turned her head quick to see who it was hoping & praying it wasn't Candi. She wasn't ready to talk to Candi just yet. When Lauren turned around she let out a sigh of relief. It was Safaree. Safaree looked like he was Angry. "Safaree--" Before Nicki could finish she was cut off. Safaree was ready to speak with His Onika. "Don't "Safaree" Me Onika." Lauren had a worried look on her face & she looked at a Crying Nicki. Nicki was crying because Safaree called her 'Onika'. She knew he was mad. "Lauren, can you step out for just a second." Safaree asked Lauren. Lauren nodded yes. Before she left she hugged Nicki. "Bye Baby!" Nicki said to Lauren, Lauren Waved. "Now, back to what I was saying! Don't 'Safaree' Me Onika! I'm mad at you! For a lot of reasons! For one, You're not okay. Second, I go look for the family they aren't there! I'm not blaming EVERYTHING On you! I'm Just saying." Safaree KNEW that's not what he wanted to tell Nicki. Nicki gave him the stank face and turned her head. She thought: I'm Just gonna tell him how I Feel. "Safaree, I need to tell you something." Nicki said wiping her tears. Safaree looked at her to continue. "Safaree I have this type of feeling for you. I don't want anybody else but," Nicki stopped. Safaree looked. "Nicki But what?" Nicki began crying again. She looked down and started playing with her fingers. "I don't want anyone but SAFAREE LLOYD SAMUELS." Nicki stated. Safaree looked up at her with his eyes wide. "I-I-I Feel The Same way. I Don't want anybody but ONIKA TANYA MARAJ." Safaree said. Safaree leaned in for a kiss, And so did Nicki! As there lips met there was a knock on the door.

In The Hallway With Lauren
Lauren sat in the hallway. She thought about Candi & Mama Maraj. Wondering what they were doing. She didn't want to get mad at Mama Maraj but she wanted to let her know how she felt. She heard a lot of commotion down the hall. She got up and walked down the hall towards the commotion. She seen Candi & Mama Maraj charging towards her. She stood there only because she knew she had to tell Them. "Lauren, What the fuck?! Why did you leave? I need to talk to you." Lauren intertwined her hands together. She rubbed them together (Like Birdman). "Mama Maraj, I need to talk to you. See, you know everything & I don't want everybody to know everything about Lauren! I want Lauren to ONLY know about Lauren. Is that okay?" Mama Maraj nodded her head yes. "No! I need to talk to you now! Mama Maraj can we get a little privacy." Mama Maraj walked away. "What do you want to talk about?" Lauren asked. Candi looked up. "Well, See...."

"What's going on in here?" Mama Maraj asked Lauren & Candi. Candi looked at Lauren, and Lauren looked at Candi. They made eye contact. "Nothing, Mama! Where are the boys?" Mama Maraj shrugged. She didn't know & damn sure didn't care. "I just came in here to relieve myself." Lauren turned her head back to the mirror & began putting her eyeliner on. "Who you getting cute for?" Candi said turning her head. Lauren immediately stopped. She thought about what to say. "Oh, N-Nobody! Why?" Lauren said nervously. Lauren didn't want any & everybody in her love life. Candi rolled her eyes. She knew Lauren was lying. She didn't pay it any attention. "I'll tell You." Mama Maraj Said coming out of the stall. Lauren's jaw dropped. Candi looked at Mama Maraj, Then Lauren. "Who Mama?" Candi said not breaking her eye contact with Lauren. Lauren scrunched up her eyes at Candi. "That boy. He's out there. He's a doctor Here." Candi's jaw dropped. "What's His Name Mama?" Candi said scrunching her face up at Lauren. Lauren just stood in silence. "Dr.Noah" Lauren grabbed her make-up fast. She put her make-up in the bag & grabbed her purse & ran out the bathroom. Candi did the same & went after Lauren. Mama Maraj felt sad. She thought she hurt Lauren's feelings. She washed her hands and went looking for those girls. Lauren had got on the elevator & went up to Nicki's room. She pressed the button for floor 7 and rode the elevator on up with tears running down her face. Lauren felt embarrassed. She quickly got off the elevator. She found Nicki's room & walked in.

With Safaree & Tha Vaks
"Where Is Mama Maraj?" Safaree said. The boys shrugged. Safaree had a clueless look. He looked around he didn't see Lauren Or Candi. "Where are the girls?" Vincent looked up from his phone. He looked at Safaree's face. "Nigga I just said I don't know." Safaree turned around & walked back to the elevator & pressed the button to go back to Nicki.

Lauren swung that door open. Nicki jumped. Nicki turned her head fast. "Lauren, baby! What's wrong?" Nicki saw Lauren's mascara down her face & tears. Lauren shut the door & walked to Nicki.

"Safaree the hell are you doing?" Nicki was upset that Safaree changed the channel. Judge Judy was her girl. Safaree was in wonderland. Nicki punched Safaree. "Huh? What? Why you hit me?" Safaree said while rubbing his arm. Nicki stared at Safaree. "Why did you turn from Judge Judy?" Safaree was scared to tell Nicki but he did. "Because Nic, That show brings back memories." Nicki looked at him to continue. "And the memories that it bring back is..." Safaree began to cry thinking about what happened to Nic. "Safaree don't Cry! Please don't. You know I'm a cry baby." Nicki began to tear up. She stared at Safaree's tears fall from his eyes. Safaree looked up. "Okay, I just won't talk about it." Nicki wanted him to continue & she was going to get him to finish. As Safaree sat in the chair he began to think. ALL he could think about was his Nicki & if he lost her he would go crazy. He stopped all the bad thoughts and went to the good thoughts. Although he still had the moments he just thought of all the good. "Me & Her would do so much together, go to the movies, park & so much more." Safaree just thought. When he looked up he seen a nurse come from behind the double doors. She knew Safaree's face he stood up as she walked to him. "Hi Safaree." The nurse said with a smile. Safaree began to get happy but not that happy. "Hello Nurse Janet." The nurse smiled. She looked up from her clipboard with a BIG smile on her face. "No Bad news this time! All good news my main man." She laughed trying to act ghetto. Safaree got happy! "So, what's the good news?" The nurse heard him. "Mhmm...Mhm..." She hummed out looking at her clipboard. "So, good news! Onika Is okay! She had a mini seizure.  You can go & talk to her. She can hear you & respond." The nurse smiled & said looking up. Safaree eyes got wide & he smiled. "Oh, and don't forget. Whenever you're ready you can go see Onika." Safaree nodded his head. He walked back over to the family & delivered the news. The room roared with cheers & tears. Safaree told Mama Maraj he was going back to see Nicki.

In The Room With Nicki & Safaree
SB walked in the room. He looked over at Nicki & seen her wide awake watching TV with her I.V. Nicki felt like she was being watched. She looked over. "SAFAREE!!!" Nicki yelled. Safaree ran to Nicki. "Nicki Love! OMG! Like... You Scared me." Nicki Looked at him funny. He looked at her & all he could do is Hug her. He did that. She hugged him back. They sat in total Silence. They made eye contact with each other & just sat there. They watched Judge Judy once again. Safaree got a flashback & changed the channel. He felt as though the show brought bad memories so he couldn't watch it.

The Good Defeats The Bad

The nurse came out with some good news & bad news. "Hi, can I see Safaree?" the nurse said. Safaree walked up to the nurse. "Yes, i'm Safaree." the nurse looked up as SB spoke. She flipped the pages on her clipboard. "Onika Maraj?" Sb looked up when she spoke her name. SB began to get sad when she spoke Nicki's name. "Yes, I'm here for Onika Maraj." The nurse looked. She looked up at SB with a smile. SB began to get that happy feeling. "Hi, Im Nurse Janet." she stuck out her hand so she could shake Safaree's hand. He did the same. "Hi, well you know who I am." Safaree said laughing. She laughed as well. "Okay, well hello Safaree. I have some good news & bad news." Safaree's smile left quick once she said "Bad News". Safaree looked back at the family. "Can you start with the bad news?" Safaree asked. The nurse looked at him she never has someone who has asked for the bad news first. "Sure." Safaree looked at her so she can hurry up so he can let his tears out & then smile. "So, the bad news is Onika is under a type of medicine so it can help her breath. Which means Onika can't breath on her own right now." Safaree put his head down. He felt helpless because he couldn't do anything to help her. "Okay, And the good news?" The nurse smiled. Safaree began to smile.  "Okay, good news is Onika is in the ICU she can hear you. She just can't respond. I think she's up. so if you want you can follow me back & go to her room to see her." Safaree looked at the family & shook his head. "Hold on one second" Safaree said as he walked over to the fam. He told them the news. "So, I'm going back to see her." Safaree said. Mama Maraj shook her head. Safaree walked back to the nurse & she began walking. When they reached Nicki's room Safaree broke down crying. "There she is Safaree. Feel free." The nurse said opening the door so Safaree can walk in. He walked in. He saw Nicki awake. He walked over & saw Nicki's face. Safaree smiled seeing her with her big brown eyes. SB began to cry. When he opened his eyes he seen Nicki looking back up at him & she had a tear down her face. He smiled. "Nicki baby. I love you. I know you can't respond but I know what you'll say. I'm always here. I'm just going to sit here. Okay?" Safaree said as he pulled his chair closer to Nicki's bed. She looked at him & smiled. Safaree did the same. Judge Judy was on so you know Nicki was good. Safaree watched with Nicki. He began to hear her heartbeat Thing go down. He looked over at Nicki & she was jumping around. Safaree panicked. He hit the button on her remote for a nurse. When he hit the button a nurse was immediately in there. "Okay, Safaree you have to go." Safaree cried. He looked at the nurse with that "Bitch Please" Look on his face. "NO, I Ain't Leaving." the nurse pushed him out the room. Safaree looked at her like she was crazy. "You know what, don't touch me." Safaree was heated. For one Nicki wasn't good & the nurse had her hands on him. He just left out. He sat in the hospital hallway & slid down to the ground & cried. SB fixed himself & looked through the window. The nurse saw this & walked over to the window & shut the blinds. SB went back out to the waiting room. "So, SB what happened?'' Mama Maraj said. SB told her the news. They all cried. SB went in the bathroom & prayed. "Hey Big Man, I Know I Don't Talk To You Much. But, Im Begging That You Make My Onika Okay! Please, That's All I Ask. Thank You Big man! Amen" Safaree went back out to the waiting room & rested his head in his hands. He sat there and rocked back and forth in the chair.

Safaree went upstairs, he laid down and turned on “Columbiana” and watched. “She a beast.” SB Yelled about what happened in the movie. As he yelled Nicki woke up, “SB SHUT UP!!” Nicki yelled up the stairs, loud enough so he can hear her. He heard this and sunk deeper into the bed. “Sorry Nic” SB said in a low voice. He felt bad that he woke her up. He laid there, silently saying “She A beast, she tight like that”.

2 Hours Later

SB went downstairs after the movie was over. He went downstairs and started on dinner. He made Chicken Alfredo. He began cooking and Nic woke up. She didn’t say anything. She went and grabbed some water. She had been sleep for 4 hours. She drank her water, and SB looked over at her. “Hello, Sleeping Beauty” SB said smirking. Nicki lifted her head from her hands, “Hey SB.” Nicki said. SB looked at Nicki’s Face. He shook his head. “Nicki you okay?” SB said with a concerned voice. She looked up, “No, Not really.” Nicki said. SB looked, he wanted to ask her what was wrong, but he didn’t want to push it. “Nic, you have a cold or something?” SB Asked. He really wanted to know, so he broke it down. Nicki kept her head in her hands “I don’t know I’m going to check my temperature.” SB looked and shook his head.

Upstairs with Nicki

Nicki walked up the stairs. She still had her glass of water in her hand. She began to feel Woozy & Dizzy. She wobbled & kept wobbling. When she reached the top her glass dropped. “Shoot!” Nicki said bending down. SB looked up the stairs. “You okay Nicki?” SB said rushing to where she was. Nicki lifted up. “Yes Love, I’m fine.” SB noticed she said ‘Love’. He raised his eyebrow. “Okay” SB said as he walked back to the kitchen to get the broom. Nicki left to go in her room. She went to her bathroom & looked in the cabinet for her thermometer. “SB have you seen the thermometer?” She yelled she couldn’t find it. SB thought where was the last time he seen it. “NO! I haven’t. Look in the guess bathroom” SB said to Nic. She left out her room. She had that feeling again. She felt woozy. She wobbled & wobbled. Until she finally collapsed. SB heard this big THUMP! He rushed upstairs “Nicki you okay?” SB said running up the stairs. He got no response. He began to get worried. “Nicki!” he looked down the hall to find Nicki on the ground. He ran by her side. “Nicki baby, talk to me. Say something.” SB rushed downstairs to the car. He grabbed his keys with a cover wrapped around Nicki. He put her in the passenger seat, and began driving to the Hospital.

“QUICK I NEED A NURSE!! She collapsed.” SB said yelling. The nurses paid attention to him & went and got a Gurnee. They laid Nicki on the Gurnee. SB followed them until he was stopped. “Sorry Sir, you can’t come back here. We have it under control.” SB was mad. He just sat down in the waiting area. About 5 Minutes later he called Mama Maraj, the vaks, Candi, & Lauren. They got there in 10 minutes. “Mama Maraj, you’re here.” SB said hugging Mama Maraj. Candi & Lauren arrived 2 minutes after Mama Maraj. The vaks arrive 3 minutes later after Candi & Lauren. 20 minutes later a nurse came back out with some news……

As Nicki sat on the bed Indian style reading her book, she felt like she was being watched. When she looked up she saw a nice 6’5’’ man standing there. She noticed it was her best friend Safaree. She had 50 thousand thoughts running through her head. “Oh My Gawd, He Is Gawgeous, I need him like NOW!” she laughed as she thought. Safaree looked at her weird. “Hey SB, Whaddup” she said doing her Female weezy accent. He laughed, “Hey Nic, what we doing today?” SB questioned, looking at her body, her legs were as shiny as the kitchen counter (which was shiny BTW). She thought, “What is he looking at?” she raised her eyebrow, “Oh, I don’t know. What do you want to do?” SB thought. “I don’t know, I thought you would have something planned for today.” Nicki looked around the room thinking of this to do. She had nothing, “AHA! I have an idea” SB said, its startled Nicki, she jumped. “Oh, sorry. I didn’t mean to scare you Nic.” SB said. Nicki laughed, “Oh, well what is that idea?” SB frowned trying to figure out what she was laughing at. “I’ll go running.” SB said, waiting on a response. Nicki died laughing. SB gave her the dead face. “I don’t find ANYTHING Funny.” SB thought. “Oh, okay.”  Nic said trying to calm down. “Yes, what’s so funny?” SB questioned funny, plopping down on Nicki’s bed. Nicki jumped, she was jumping for everything. “Nothing, just thinking about something. Let me know when you leave.” Nic said kicking her foot so Safaree can go. 5 minutes later “IM GONE NICKI” SB said. “OKAY!” She replied.

Nicki was hungry, so she got up put on her slippers and went downstairs. When she reached the kitchen she flicked on the light. She then opened up the cabinet, refrigerator, anything in the kitchen that she can open with food inside. “What do I want?” Nicki said out loud trying to figure out what to eat. She found some noodles, found a pot, put some water in it, put the pot on the stove and waited for her boiled water. She ate her noodles & went to watch a movie. She went to look for her snuggie, and she got her some Salt & Vinegar chips. She went to lie on the couch. She began to get bored watching “The lovely bones” so, she got up & put “Takers” in she was in the mood for an action movie. She watched Takers for about 20 minutes then Takers was watching her. She was sound asleep.

Running With SB

“They can hate if they want to, I don’t care” SB said singing along with Raheem Devaughn. Safaree got tired. He stopped took out his headphones & rested his hands on his knees. “Whew, that was a long run.” SB said taking a deep breath. “I’m going home” SB said. He put his head phones back in his ears and began walking home.

Back home with Nicki & Safaree

“IM HOME” SB yelled as he walked in the door. He got no response. He looked around only to spot Nicki on the couch, knocked out. He went over to see if she was REALLY sleep. He looked over the couch & she was really sleep. He kissed her on the cheek and walked up stairs. Little did he know she blushed feeling his Soft lips.
